Welcome, welcome, welcome!

Wow, it has been aWHILE since I shared a bit about myself. 

God walks with us all through a personal journey. As a Christian, it is a process of choosing to see Him in the muck, busyness, and joys in life.

It is my aim with Anchored Abode to encourage you to ground yourself completely in Him and His Word.  Across all sites and social media, I post things with the express intent to remind us and drive us to get back to Him (myself included).

Sometimes, a healthy dose of contemplation is in order! I Need Thee Every Hour is one song that resonates deep within.

On this day that threatens to be just like any other, make it extraordinary! Extraordinary because you are focusing on your NEED for Jesus in your life!

(OPTION: Pick a day this week, set alarms for every hour to spend some time in prayer throughout all of your waking hours, and recognize your NEED for Him.)
